Is Offlyne free?
Yes. Creating events, sharing them and managing registrations is free, and so is registering for an event.
Do I have to wait for my event to be approved?
No. Your event goes live as soon as you publish it, so you can share the link right away.
Can my team help run the event?
Yes. Add people by email as a Manager (registrations, emails and event details), Door staff (ticket scanner only), Viewer (read-only) or a host who just appears on the page. They get an email invite and join once they accept.
Do guests need an app?
No, and no account either. Guests register with their name and email (plus any questions you ask), and their QR ticket arrives by email. Signing in later with the same email shows all their tickets.
Can I sell paid tickets?
Not yet. Paid tickets are coming soon. For now, new events on Offlyne are free to attend.
What are Communities and Backstage?
Communities will give your group a verified home for all its events and members. Backstage will help you find speakers, venues, sponsors and co-hosts. Both are coming soon.
